The Missio Package

From the very beginning, the MissioChurch team has had a passion for seeing God's kingdom come through the multiplication of new faith communities, whatever shape, form, or function they may have in the overall scheme of God's redemptive work. This eclectic approach has forced us to design a pathway that catered to the church planter's unique calling and to be one that manages risk, rather than prescribes a set plan.

At its very core, the MissioChurch Planter's Pathway has been designed to position the candidates to clarify their calling, to identify the unique vision that god has for them to pursue, and to develop a clear understanding of their role in it.

MissioChurch is committed to help church planting candidates understand the basics of church planting, develop or fine-tune their vision, and clarify the model they plan to use in their new church.

Furthermore, MissioChurch will help candidates clarify their call, their role in the churchplant, and the proper timing of their launch. MissioChurch will then provide training that is model specific, on-going, and equip both the planter and their spouse (if applicable) with an experienced ministry coach in order to keep the planter on track and keep the marriage intact.

Additionally, MissioChurch will do its best to help the new church plant to plant in close proximity to other churches who can provide Christian Community and support for those initial stages of the plant. There was a reason Jesus sent his disciples out in pairs--it's not good to go at ministry in new places alone!

With this deployment will be over $40,000 in resources and assistance including but not necessarily limited to:

• 3 Years support for website development, planter coaching, and spousal coaching
• $25,000 deployment grant
• Assistance with fundraising for salary support
• Expenses paid for the Pathway components
