Deployment
When the processes of ORIENTATION, ASSESSMENT and TRAINING are satisfied, the process of DEPLOYMENT may begin. While some thought and attention has been given to DEPLOYMENT in the previous processes, it is at this point where the final elements and details of where and how the project will begin are developed. It is through this process that the candidate, now approved to be a planter, finalizes the details of the:
- IMPACT ZONE
- IMPACT GROUP
- FUNDING
- HOUSING
- RESOURCING
It is in this process that a Risk Factor Analysis is completed and any concerns which arise from this tool are addressed by the planter and team, MissioChurch and the local/district entity involved. In this way, a Risk Management protocol can be established before the planter enters the field thus reducing the amount of issues which the planter must tend to in their early development.
It is also in this process that all relationships between the planter and MissioChurch and Local/District Entities are defined. An Expectations Interview will be developed jointly by MissioChurch and the Local/District Entities which outlines the specific expectations that these Supervising Entities desire from the planter and team. The interview will also detail what the planter and team should expect from the Supervising Entities. In this fashion, lines of communication will be clear and the relationships will be safe-guarded through mutually agreed upon accountability. A standard form of employment contract will also be developed at this time.
