Introduction to the MissioChurch Pathway

Missiochurch believes that the calling of the church planter is one of the most important indicators of health and success in multiplying churches. However, the process of preparing to plant doesn't stop at call clarification. We believe that stewarding the call includes a deep understanding of the candidate's gifts, passions, and personality.

The Planter's pathway has been designed to position the candidate to clarify their calling, to determine the unique vision that God has for them to pursue, and to develop a clear understanding of their role in pursuing it.

Through Orientation, the candidate is exposed to the basics of church planting techniques and resources giving them the opportunity to carefully consider their potential for planting.

The Assessment process uses current tools and techniques to facilitate the candidate's understanding of their personality type, leadership and communication styles, conflict styles, skill set and spiritual gifting.

With the help of a certified coach, the candidate will process their Orientation and Assessment to help clarify their vision and to determine the model that best facilitates the accomplishment of their vision. Their Training is model specific, giving the candidate the best opportunity to acquire proficiency and a working knowledge of theory and technique that will actually be employed in their ministry.

This part of the Pathway concludes with the planter being Deployed in their impact zone with a strong, realistic strategic plan and the confidence of knowing that many of the risks inherent in church planting have been minimized.
